These terms cover the free Sales Health Audit and the use of this website. Paid coaching engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

By booking a Sales Health Audit or using this site, you accept these terms. If you are booking for a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so on its behalf.
What the Sales Health Audit is
A free 30-minute video consultation in which we score your sales floor across 3 weighted areas, identify which of 3 obstacles is costing you the most, and estimate roughly what that costs per quarter using figures you provide.
It is offered at no cost and carries no obligation. You keep the report whether or not you go on to work with us.
What it is not
- It is not a guarantee of results. The score and the cost estimate are a professional assessment based on what you tell us in 30 minutes. They are not a warranty of future revenue, performance, or outcomes.
- It is not financial, legal, tax, or employment advice. Decisions about pricing, hiring, dismissal, or investment are yours, and you should take proper professional advice before making them.
- It is not an audit in the accounting sense. The word describes a diagnostic conversation, not a statutory or financial audit.
Accuracy depends on what you tell us
The score and the quarterly cost estimate are calculated from information you supply during the call. We do not independently verify it. If the inputs are inaccurate or incomplete, the output will be too.
Booking, rescheduling, and no-shows
- Bookings are made through our scheduling provider and are subject to availability.
- Please reschedule or cancel through the link in your confirmation if you cannot attend. Giving notice costs you nothing and frees the slot for someone else.
- We may decline or cancel a booking that falls outside who this is for, and we will tell you why.
- Repeated no-shows may mean we decline future bookings.
Confidentiality, both directions
What you tell us about your business stays private. We do not name clients publicly, and we do not disclose your figures, deal values, staff details, or commercial information to anyone. Where we refer to past work in our own marketing, we describe the industry rather than the company.
In return, the report, the scoring method, the frameworks, and any materials we share are provided for your own internal use. Please do not republish, resell, or distribute them outside your business.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, the scoring method behind the Sales Health Audit, and the frameworks used in our coaching remain the property of Sell Right. The completed report is yours to keep and use inside your business.
Recording
We do not record the call unless both sides agree to it beforehand. If you wish to record it, ask first.
Limitation of liability
The Sales Health Audit is provided free and in good faith. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Sell Right is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, or business, arising from the audit, the report, or reliance on either. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party services
This site embeds a scheduling calendar and may embed hosted video. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the current version always lives at this address.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
