This explains what personal data Sell Right collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Who we are
Sell Right provides embedded sales coaching to businesses in Singapore, and operates sellrightasia.com. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Sell Right.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to run a booking and deliver the work.
- When you book a Sales Health Audit. Your name, email address, and any details you enter into the booking form, including the size of your sales team and what you tell us about your situation.
- When you contact us directly. Your name, the contact details you use, and the content of your message.
- During the audit itself. Information you choose to share about your business, including headcount, ramp times, revenue concentration, and other commercial figures. This is used to produce your report.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics, or cookies of our own on this page. Services embedded in the page, such as our scheduling provider and video hosting, may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Why we use it
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about your booking.
- To prepare and deliver your Sales Health Audit report.
- To reply to enquiries.
- To send marketing communications, where you have consented to receive them.
Your consent, and taking it back
By booking, you consent to us using your personal data for the purposes above. Consent to marketing is separate and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message or emailing us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect our ability to manage a booking you have already made.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We use third-party services to run the business, and data passes through them for that purpose only:
- Scheduling. Our booking calendar is provided by a third-party scheduling service, which handles your booking details, calendar invitation, and reminders.
- Email and calendar. Standard business email and calendar providers.
- Video calls and video hosting. The audit is delivered over a video platform. Testimonial and story videos on this site are hosted by a third-party video service.
Some of these providers operate outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
Commercial information you share on the call
What you tell us about your sales floor is treated as confidential. We do not name clients publicly, and we do not repeat your numbers, deal values, or staff details to anyone. Where we refer to past work in our own marketing, we describe the industry rather than the company, and we do so without identifying figures that would make the business recognisable.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, and afterwards only where a legal or business reason requires it. When neither applies, we delete or anonymise the data. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Commission as the PDPA requires.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you, and how it has been used in the past year.
- Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
- Stop using your data for marketing.
- Delete data we no longer have a reason to keep.
